This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) regulates the relationship between the Owner of clinics.direct (hereinafter Clinics Direct or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.

The User has the right to:

• use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration
• use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the copyright holders

The administration has the right:

• at its discretion and the need to create, modify, cancel the rules
• restrict access to any information on the site
• create, modify, delete information

User agrees:

• ensure the accuracy of the information provided
• ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties
• update the Personal data provided during registration, if they change
• do not copy information from other sources

Administration undertakes:

• maintain the site’s performance unless it is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration’s control.

Clinics Direct is a medical information platform where information is presented to the User about all the necessary Data about Medical Services and their many Medical Providers. Our Service is not authorized to assign the user specific Medical Treatment or Providers. We offer only a list of Clinics, Medical Centers and Hospitals that can potentially meet the requirements and requirements of our customers.

The list of Medical Providers is selected based on data about the patient: language, place of residence, health status, budget and wishes of the User. The final decision about which medical provider is best addressed is made by the user.

The list of Medical Providers is formed on the basis of data provided by medical / prophylactic institutions themselves. Information about some medical providers is manually collected directly in Clinics and Medical Centers, can be taken from third-party sources, which, according to Clinics Direct Administration, are verified and reliable. Our service is not responsible for the accuracy and relevance of data on medical providers.

Important! Clinics Direct is not a healthcare provider. We act as an intermediary between patients and treatment facilities. The information presented on our service cannot be considered as full-fledged medical consultations or examinations. Clinics Direct data cannot be taken as the basis for deciding whether to start or end treatment / prevention.

Using Clinics Direct, customers are required to provide complete and accurate information about themselves. Users are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the information provided.

Users do not pay for Clinics Direct Services if they receive information about a medical provider, clinic, doctor or treatment method. Clinics Direct makes no warranties regarding the quality of care provided by medical providers.

The site administration, our partners and agents are not responsible for the stability of this service. We are protected from damages related to the loss of business contacts, loss of profits or financing, which entailed information on the Clinics Direct website, the actions of other users or a third party.

On the information platform of our service, links to third-party websites are often published. Clinics Direct is not responsible for the content of links that may be published by users or a third party.
